If you'd like some up-lifting, gentle Summer sun in a supportive and relaxed environment this retreat is for you. Fill your day as much or as little as you like with daily yoga, complimentary treatments, relaxation (in the garden, by the pool or gently swinging in a hammock in the shade of a tree), meditation, country walks and informative talks. Our team of highly experienced teachers and therapists - Paula Charnley, Claudia Manchanda, Marianne Cass, Barbara Gallani, Dirk-Karel de Geus and Angela Wood - will be offering shiatsu, reflexology, energetic treatments, ideas on how to use herbs and natural remedies to cleanse your system and suppport your well-being, group and individual yoga sessions, meditation and active listening.
